Our Design Build approach combines the design process and the construction responsibilities under one roof. Rather than the client contracting separately for design and construction services, the design build agreement contains the design aspects as well as the construction duties.
With design build projects, the client has one point of contact to manage with respect to the project, lessening the burden and streamlining the decision-making process. Another advantage to design build is a better understanding of construction costs during the design phase for specific features and/or change orders.

Bluestone Contractors is a custom renovation company in the Boca Ratron area, under the leadership of Phyllis MIchaels, Managing Member. Phyllis has over 30 years of experience as an architectural designer, home remodeler, and custom home builder. Her vision is to make the renovation process more personalized and fund for all involved in the process.
