Step 1 Evaluate
We shine when we’re involved at the earliest stages of planning. Through an initial conversation and in-home consultations, we develop a scope of work which outlines your goals, and your priorities. Once the scope of work is clearly outlined, this outline is incorporated into a Professional Services Agreement which is executed by both parties.

Step 2 Design
Once the Professional Services Agreement is in place your Project Leader will start to guide you through our iterative design process. We assemble and manage a team of design professionals, construction experts and other specialists to develop preliminary designs and budgets for your review.
The goal is to choose a direction for the optimal solution and more clearly define the scope of work. Once we have flushed out the design the construction drawings will be developed and finalized for permits and a set of allowances will be established for your finishes. Once approved, we will present a fixed-price contract with allowances, enter a construction contract, apply for permits and develop a preliminary schedule with anticipated start dates subject to the permit being issued and product selections being finalized.
Step 3 Refine & Finalize
While the drawings are in the municipality for permitting, we’ll work with you to finalize material selections. The process is thorough, but efficient. We’ll keep at it until all the pieces fall in place and the entire program “feels right” to you.
Once all the selections are made, and the permit is issued, we will finalize the schedule.
Step 4 Mobilize & Build
Congratulations, your project is now ready to start! A dedicated on-site Project Manager is charged with ensuring your project is run efficiently, the team is managed, the site is clean, and any concerns are tended to. Weekly reports, updated schedules, selections and all correspondence are all maintained in the client portal for your use, keeping everyone up to date, and issues addressed in a timely manner. All this ensures your project is delivered on time, on budget and to our unmatched standards.
Step 5 Ongoing Support
We ensure that your expectations are exceeded every step of the way before, during and after your project is finished with unparallel warranty service.
