1.5% COMMISSION PAID AT FIRST CONSTRUCTION DRAW
Bluestone puts great value in our relationships with buyers’ agents, and we area always soliciting the cooperation of licensed Realtors in selling our custom home renovation services. We are pleased to offer qualified Realtors a referral fee of 1.5% of the final purchase agreement sales price on all qualified Realtor referral buyers. We typically pay commission at the time the construction contract is signed, and a deposit has been received. To qualify for the Bluestone Custom Builders Realtor Referral Program the buyers’ agent must fill out the Client Registration Form below.
